Shipping policy
METHOD OF SHIPMENT
Our current preferred method of shipment is through Canada Post and Purolator. On some occasions we may use private delivery companies, depending on our customers service area. This may change, without notice, as we continue to look for carriers that can best support our network and customers needs.
Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. (No Exceptions)
All orders for in-stock products usually leave our warehouse within 72 hours of order placement, provided the items are in stock.
Your email address will be used both to contact you about any problems that may arise in the processing of your order, as well as serving as a contact point for our shipper to send you an email notification that the order has shipped and to supply you with a tracking number. If you have questions about the location of your order, please check the email address you provided first to see if you have already received this information. Please make sure you have all the items you require before placing the order. If you do need to make a second order for a forgotten item, there will be a separate shipping charge.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally we may not have your entire order in stock. We will be happy to ship out the bulk of your order immediately and back order the missing items.
